No one plans on becoming a defendant in a criminal case.  In most cases, time is of the essence and the earlier you can retain an attorney, the better.  Criminal cases move quickly.  I am happy to offer payment plans.

I flat-rate my cases, meaning you pay one price no matter the hours I put in.  However, that rate depends on the facts and circumstances of your case.  I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your case and offer a quote.

In order to be placed on a payment plan, I must receive HALF of the full payment amount as a down payment.  Once received, I can begin working on your case.  You can make payments for the pendency of your case and payment dates and amounts are negotiable.
